No more wall plugs
Not much to add over previous reviews just to also agree that drill size depends on wall type. As I was drilling into breezeblock I, as suggested below, went with a #5 drill bit.

Certainly did the job.
Certainly did the job. So much easier to use when you dont have to put plugs in. I disagree with the suggested 6mm drill, I found that way too big. I ended up using a 5mm bit. This was into 100 year old london yellow stocks just in case thats relevant to you. Im guessing screwing directly into modern concrete might be a bit more challenging.

Good screws when used right
First time I've used these. Was "innovating" a fixing for concrete fence with angle iron onto a concrete post. Unfortunately I didn't have impact driver so was bit of a job getting screws in - but all good - excellent result - (Note to self - get an impact driver!)
