Pick up in Netherlands

You can also choose to pick up your order at one of the 2500 PakjeGemak pickup points (from PostNL). In most cases, your order will be ready after 16:00. Some products can not be delivered to a PakjeGemak point, usually due to length or weight – in this case we will contact you.    

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are not around to receive your order, the delivery person will leave a note as to when your package can be delivered again. The delivery can deliver your order to the neighbors or your order will then try a second time. If you are not available at the second attempt you can pick up your order at the depot of the delivery company.
Can I track my order (Track & Trace)?
You can track your order in your account. Log in to your account, go to Order History from the menu on the right and there you can find the status of your order. To follow your order through Track & Trace, you need a web link. This can be found by selecting the appropriate order in the order history in your account. In the right-hand corner of your invoice, you will see the logistics partner who is handling your delivery. Click on the name of your delivery courier and you will be taken to the website where you will see the details for your delivery.
What happens if my order is delivered damaged?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order has been damaged during transport. Please contact our customer service and we will help you.
