Returns & Exchanges

Do you want to return or exchange a product? No problem! Toolstation doesn’t charge any extra costs. You have 30 days after delivery to submit your return. The goods must be unused and be contained in the original packaging. When the return has been received at Toolstation the refund should be transferred to your bank account within 8 – 10 working days. In case you have received the wrong product or when the product has been damaged, please contact our customer service.

How can I exchange/return a product?

  1. Exchange/return within one of our shops. Find a shop close to you.
  2. Free returns/exchange Take the return (including a return form) to a PostNL-servicepoint and send the package to the return address below: Toolstation Antwoordnummer 17050 2650 VK Bleiswijk

Returning large/heavy packages

If a package is too large or heavy to be processed by PostNL please contact our customer service. Please check the conditions below to see whether your package meets the requirements.
