Nifty little fixings for plasterboard
Great for fixing any items to plasterboard and designed for medium/heavy loads; I like using them as you can make small adjustments to the position to get level as long as your holes are hidden (they require quite big hole to get the fixing through).
Very secure once fitted but make sure the prongs/feet have fully opened. (can be hard sometimes to see but very important).
These are my go to fixing for plasterboard. This size worked well for me as was long enough to get them through and secure but too long to risk punching a hole in a wall behind or bottoming out.
I find the other fixing types cause the plasterboard to break up; of which these avoid.
Only downside is once you have fitted you loose the feet/prongs if you want to remove the item. No big issue but worth a mention.

Good n strong
Bought to fix some brackets onto roof lining of a camper van. Reliably did the job, just needed to trim down the bolt a bit first to ensure I didn't contact the outer skin of the van.

Does the job and hold weight well
I had a project to install projector screen weighing 10kg from ceiling and being plasterboard didn't give much confidence. I looked for several creative ways but settled for spring toggle to fit L shaped angle plates after reading some online blogs. These were available from local store and very reasonable price to give it a try. I finished install easily and these toggle are very capable of holding the weight. Only complain that wings feel thin and wish the they have little more weight but still does the job well.
